No Tenses in Bahasa Indonesia
In Bahasa Indonesia, tenses are not exist. The way we express time in bahasa Indonesia, both in spoken and written language, is by mentioning adverb of place in front or behind the sentence. The absence of tenses in bahasa Indonesia is perhaps caused by "what happened" is more important than "when it is happened".
In expressing sentences in present, past, and future, we need to put adverb of time in the sentence.
